Safe Haven Retreat was just that, a safe place to work on our relationship with our lord and savior and each other. It was amazing to take that uninterrupted time to learn biblical principles for improving our marriages while mixing in fun activities in such a beautiful setting. We learned so much during the informational sessions. It was very helpful that the curriculum then allotted time to discuss them as a couple. Not only did we receive tools during the retreat, you also provided additional steps to continue our journey at home.

Truly an amazing God-filled weekend! Safe Haven provided a safe, judgment-free, spirit-filled environment for us to dig deeper into our marriage than we ever have before. Marvin and Johnette were great facilitators. Every exercise was intentional and built on one another by design to lead us to the most intense conversation we’ve had as a couple. This resulted in increased transparency and closeness in our marriage that we both longed for. No doubt we were both experienced an emotional weekend, but freeing ourselves from past pain and hurt was worth it. .
